Here are some resources that I found helpful when doing my research on metoidioplasty.

• Search for Metoidioplasty Facebook groups to help hear the journey of others who have been through it, contemplating it, or getting ready to have the procedure done.
• Made friends with a few people through Facebook groups with similar surgery dates to build a recovery support system.
• Transbucket is great if you want to see some older procedure photos and stories. Does not look like it's used or updated often but good to see some photos and different techniques used by surgeons.
• Speak with your endocrinologist to get a list of recommended surgeons in your area that take insurance if you plan to use insurance.
